I cry, weep, and lament.
We will take you through what education is and what it ought to be on this blog. Majorly, we will be updating you about Nigeria Education, its state, flaws, strengths, operators, enemies, etc. This we will do in contrast to education in other countries.
Somebody said 'many undergraduates won't know they are not educated until they finish their first degree'. We suppose education to be a means to the end but it's the end in a country like Nigeria. A place where lecturers believe you cannot make it educationally if you don't come back for your secondary degree most especially when you don't study Medicine or Law.
We will, therefore, consider our educational system if it's functional or dead one, formal or consistently informal, generative or destiny killer.
It's in Nigeria that I see the educational Irony. You ask how. My lecturer will tell me our education is formal while I'm sitting on ground in their class for the lecture.
Our formal education
Our formal education
We are bound to be deformed if we are not informed. We solicit a revolution in our educational system to a time when destinies will not be killed or covered in the four walls of the classroom. Western Education came to Nigeria from those who wanted to exploit us, we always say, but you know they don't waste lives in schools. They rather train students who will work in factories, industries and companies that will contribute to the individual, state, national, and international productivity and growth.
'ASUU STRIKE MUST AFFECT OUR SCHOOL' thus is the diction of most Nigerian students. Why? This is because school is boring.
It's high time to do away with this barren school spirit and to really help human beings develop their fullest potential to explore the world.
I pity undergraduates in Nigeria who only read, that will be the most painful thing in your life. This is not because you won't make first class, but I must confess you can never be wealthy. Wealth comes from what you do for yourself and with what you have inherent in you. The world will not recognize you until you start solving problems. This is not, however, a 'research problem' as all educational researches are paper researches. The true research starts from searching and researching your skills, gifts, ability, and talent to make way for people and yourself.
Is there a difference between this place and auditorium 1, a lecture theater in OAU? Afterall, we both sit on ground.
While a whole president struggles with having just o'level or WAEC, some are fruitlessly pursuing PhD that cannot give them two hundred thousand naira in a month and you think you are making sense. By the way, how much do you know professors collect in Nigeria? Oops! The tragedy of a wasted life. Professorship at 60 years of age with hardly half a million for averagely 30 days. Bank managers after the whole education and commitments need loan to buy just a private car after 10 years in the bank. Should we talk about teachers, graduate, etc. ?
The greatest mistake our graduates make is that they think they will be employed because they went to school. Not in Nigeria, you had better stopped perceiving yourself educated while you are just a graduate to your parents home or family house. Do something for yourself today.
This blog will update you on education in Nigeria and some destinies development motivational messages and write up
On this notice, my pen says:
NIGERIA DOES NOT HAVE AN EDUCATION SYSTEM BUT A DEMONIC POSSESSED IDEOLOGY CALLED EDUCATION.
